We manufacture for our clients wide web hologram project lines that are used in various production process of holograms. Our line includes wide web electro-forming soft tank, wide web embossing machine, wide web coating & lamination machine, duplex slitter / rewinder machine and others. These are equipped with sophisticated and precision computerized controls for precise adjustments of various production functions like embossing pressure, temperature, line speed etc. to ensure holographic products of highest standards. Wide Web Electroforming Soft Tank

This equipment has been specially designed for the replication of Nickel shims by means of an Electro-forming Process . The process consists of Electro-deposition of Metal (nickel ) on a model ( Master ) capable of conducting electric current. When the deposition is complete it is possible to separate from the Master a new Nickel Copy which is an exact negative of the Master.

The design parameters of this equipment is to provide a constant supply of the necessary quantity of quality Shims for the Embossing Machine , thus making the end-user of our equipment to be fully independent of all production activities , excepting preparation of the Master.

Unlike other suppliers of such equipment who manufacture and supply only the Electroforming Tank and expect the buyer to procure the necessary Chemicals and consumables independently , Holographic Origination & Machineries Limited offers a complete package including all chemicals and consumables to enable the buyer to start commercial production of Quality Holographic Products from day- One.

Wide Web Embossing Machine

This equipment has been designed for Mass Production of Holographic Films in 40" ( 1050mm ) widths, to meet the ever growing demand of Flexible Packaging and Decorative Industries. The Line is equipped with Sophisticated and Precision Computerised Controls for precise adjustments of various production functions like Embossing Pressure, Temperature, Line Speed etc. to ensure Holographic Films of the highest standards.

While designing the Machine, particular attention has been given to the Conditioning and Re-Conditioning of the Film during the Embossing Process, in order to obtain the optimum Embossing Results. Precise Temperature Control of the Embossing Roller, which is a pre-requisite for quality embossing has been achieved by a central Oil Heating System which maintains a uniform temperature throughout the length of the Embossing Roller.

Wide Web Coating & Lamination Machine

The machine is a Modular design to enable suitable extensions /alterations in future. It is an extremely efficient Converting Machine and has been specially designed for our Integrated Project.

This unique Coating /Laminating Line is suitable for Pre-Coating of Clear Films and Paper for Metalizing and Holographic Embossing , as well for converting Narrrow Web Holographic Films into Sticker and Hot Stamping Foil . It can also be used for Single Colour Coating of Wide Web Metalized and Holographic Films for manufacturing Packaging Films , Holographic Gift Wraps etc.

The Coating and Laminating Line includes a Surface Coating Unit , Drying Chamber , Laminating/Winding Unit and Centralized Control Panel with Heavy Duty Base and Dampers to ensure Vibration Free Operation and Superior Finish.

Duplex Slitter / Rewinder Machine

Precision Roll Slitting & Rewinding Machine to Slit-All grades of co extruded Multiplayer Plastic Films / Polyester / BOP Plain Films etc.

Construction Specifications:

The machine has solid cast iron side frames for sturdy construction and smooth vibration free performance. All parts are precision ground. The rollers are mounted on sealed anti-friction bearings. At appropriate places we have provided grease points for routing maintenance.

Scope-Of-Supply:

The unwind station is positioned behind the mail slitter re-winder main frame and is supplied complete with one no. shaft with two tapered cones and set core locking device for quick lock up and release.

The input spindles is connected to a pneumatic brake for web tension control and manually operated device for lateral movement of the parent roll for proper centering. Both the controls of brake and lateral movements are extended up-to the front of the machine, which is the operator's main position.
