Automatic Hot Stamping & Die Cutting Machine  
This equipment is designed for the commercial production of Hot Stamping/Hot Stamping of the Holograms and allied Products, using PET & Hot Stamping Foils of various thicknesses from 12µ (twelve microns) up-wards. Due to the highly automated nature of this latest equipment, the end-user can plan and control all the operating variables and it is very user friendly .The operator can control the web speed from a single control panel. This unique feature ensures that optimum results are obtained with minimum wastage of expensive base material (3 %) max .The stamping/Die Cutting die will be either zinc or copper for longer machine life. |

Laser Marking Machine  
Equipment with laser (Diode-Pumped Fiber Laser) for hologram marking etc on the Holographic sheets, with marking field size up to 300mmx 300 mm and having latest Pentium 4 computer & required softwares. Includes Z axis of height adjustment up to 300 mm And attachment for marking holograms in roll to roll form also. Specifications - Operating wavelength: 1064 nm

- Window based software and also offers direct screen software which accepts DXF, WMF, JPG, BMP or HPGL and more files for marking, can accept output of any popular software like Corel AUTO CAD 2000 etc.
- ‘Z’ axis movement and pilot He-Ne Laser, allows easy positioning, size adjustment, location etc.
Laser Marking Software:Advanced versions of following features: - Graphical user interface on screen display of marking field and object.
- b. Multiple layer including background layers (for operator instruction display of party Image, individual layer selection for marking etc.)
- c. Easy positioning, sizing and orientation of objects to be marked (either by mouse functionor properties boxes.)
- d. Importing both vector based and bitmap file formats directly into marking software, input Directly from scanner.
- e. Increased Test formats, including true type fonts, 23 bar code formats and 2D matrices.
- f. Variable text including keyboard input, detail time coding, and scanner of other RS232 input and alphanumeric serialization.
- g. Easier interfacing to automation equipment including X-Y table, rotary chucks and External I/O lines. (Optional)
- h. Marking software, laser disabled for offline programming is also supplied.
