Included is vertically adjustable ‘Z’ axis platform, which can move job fixtures,Plates, objects (max. 25Kg. Wt.) into focus field of Galvo. Maximum Z travel is300mm.

This equipment has been specially designed for the replication of holographic nickel shims by means of an electroforming process. It consists of the electro-deposition of a metal (nickel) on a model (master) capable of conducting electric current. When the deposition is complete it is possible to separate from the master a new nickel copy that is an exact negative.

The aim of this system is to provide a constant supply of the necessary quantity of shims for the embossing machines thus making the end-user of our equipment truly independent in the holographic business.
