However considering the complex nature of the "Master" preparation process and the considerable expense involved in setting-up an in-house Mastering Lab-it is advisable that in the initial phases, the Entrepreneur should preferably out source the "Masters" from reputed and qualified Mastering Labs and only concentrate in producing high quality Holograms and other Holographic Products to achieve a dominating position in the field within the shortest possible time.

Our electroforming tank is developed at has been specially designed for the replication of holographic nickel shims by means of an electroforming process. It consists of the electro-deposition of a metal (nickel) on a model (master) capable of conducting electric current. When the deposition is complete it is possible to separate from the master a new nickel copy that is an exact negative.

The aim of this system is to provide a constant supply of the necessary quantity of shims for the embossing machines thus making the end-user of our equipment truly independent in the holographic business. Unlike other manufacturers of Holographic Equipment, we supply an extremely economical Turnkey Package which includes the Electroforming Tank with Electronic Board and Computerized Control Panel, necessary chemical baths, and comprehensive know-how and training for the electroforming process to enable the buyer to commence commercial production of Quality Holograms literally from Day-one.

This machine is designed for the industrial production of embossed film for hologram, Using polyester and hot stamping foil of various thickness from 12 micron upwards.

Due to the highly automated nature of this new equipment, the end-user can plan and control all the operating variables of the embossing process such as temperature, pressure and speed from a Single Control Panel. This important feature ensures that optimum results are obtained with every type of base material with minimum wastage (max 3%). The life of the 'Shims' is also extended. Our embossing equipment utilises Coil heating system to ensure a constant and uniform temperature level along the surface of the embossing roller. This even temperature distribution guarantees uniform quality of embossing of images or patterns throughout the production run ,at a comparatively high speed and fast speed. Our machine is designed on the principal of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine. The machine is an efficient converter, which handle web material or substrates like BOPP, polyester, paper, cellphone, PVC, aluminium foil and other allied materials from 10 microns to 120 - micron thickness. The frame is made on heavy duty M.S. body to avoid the vibration.

Our Coating and Laminating Line consists of a Surface Coating Unit, Drying Chamber, Lamination Winding Unit and Centralized Control Panel with Heavy Duty Base and Dampers to ensure vibration free operations with superior quality of finish.

Modular equipment for hot transfer, hot stamping foil die-cut, slitting in rolls and sheeting. Designed specifically to integrate the range of holographic equipment, this machine can be used either one function at a time or in a combination of some or all of the above functions together on-line. This can be done roll to roll or roll to sheet.

In particular, it has been designed for the application of stamping foil holograms onto paper or plastic which can then be processed and cut into sheet form. Alternatively, starting with self-adhesive material in roll form, it is possible to die-cut the holographic image and then cut into sheets or smaller rolls by means of two independent slitting units.

Hot Transfer Process
The material, onto which the transfer is to be made, is loaded in roll form at station 1 and from here it is carried under station 2 for perforations for continuous stationery if required. It is then taken through stations 3 and 4 for the transfer of the hot stamping foil.
Three rolls of hot stamping foil can be loaded at any station, transverse to the direction of the base material. It is therefore possible to stamp 6 colours or, alternatively, 5 colours plus one hologram, at a specific station equipped with optical character readers.
The printing of the hologram is achieved by means of the optical sensors reading a bar mark placed at the side of the hologram, and also markings on the base material itself. If the base material has no reference marks, the process continuous by means of a step repeat motor. Following this application the base material can be rewound on roll, slit to sheet or slit to smaller tools.

Die-Cut Process
The self-adhesive material is loaded at the unwind station 1. Then passes through the die-cut station 5, which has been preprogrammed with the desired shape. The maximum size is 160mm x 160mm. When this is complete, the film can be trimmed and rewound on roll or cut into sheets.

Construction Specifications

The machine has solid cast iron side frames for sturdy construction and smooth vibration free performance. All parts are precision ground. The rollers are mounted on sealed anti-friction bearings. At appropriate places we have provided grease points for routing maintenance.

Scope-Of-Supply

The unwind station is positioned behind the mail slitter re-winder main frame and is supplied complete with one no. shaft with two tapered cones and set core locking device for quick lock up and release.

The input spindles is connected to a pneumatic brake for web tension control and manually operated device for lateral movement of the parent roll for proper centering. Both the controls of brake and lateral movements are extended up-to the front of the machine, which is the operator's main position.
